1. Check if the post is still visible to you #
Sometimes, posts do not appear where you expect them due to filters or settings. Try the following:
-
Visit your profile and check the Posts tab
-
Visit the community, course, or event where you posted
-
Ensure you are using the correct account, especially if you have more than one
-
Use the search bar with key words from your post title or content
2. Reasons your post might have been removed #
If the post is truly missing, it may have been removed due to:
-
Violating community guidelines (e.g., offensive language, misinformation, spam)
-
Inaccurate category placement (e.g., job posts listed as discussions)
-
Expired listing (classifieds and job adverts automatically expire after 30 days)
-
Reported by other users and temporarily hidden pending review
-
System error or failed posting (this can happen during upload or with poor connection)
3. What you can do next #
-
If you believe the post was removed in error, you can contact support at support@zorasocial.uk
-
You may also recreate the post if it was removed by mistake or expired

4. Avoiding post removal in the future #
To prevent this from happening again:
-
Follow our posting rules and community etiquette
-
Choose the correct section (e.g., Events, Jobs, Courses, Classifieds)
-
Avoid using all caps, repetitive emojis, or misleading titles
-
Refrain from promoting products or services in inappropriate categories
