Types of notifications on Zora #
You may receive notifications through:

In-app alerts (bell icon at the top right)

Email notifications for selected actions

Push notifications (coming soon in the mobile app)
How to manage your notification settings #

Log in to your account at zorasocial.uk
-
Click your profile picture, then go to Settings
-
Choose Notifications from the side menu

You will see a list of notification types

Use the checkboxes to enable or disable each notification type

Click Save Changes
You can control notifications for:

Comments and replies
-
Mentions and tags
-
Group invites or approvals
-
Messages
-
Events, classifieds, and job alerts
-
Activity from Communities you follow
Email frequency #
You can also select how often you want to receive email notifications:

Instantly
-
Daily summary
-
Weekly summary
-
Never
Choose what works best for your needs without missing out on important updates.
Muting notifications from specific users or groups #
If you want to reduce noise without turning off everything:

Visit the user’s profile or group page
-
Click the ‘More’ menu or settings icon
-
Select ‘Mute notifications’
You will remain connected but will not be alerted to new activity from that user or group.
