Changing Your Email or Password

Keeping your login information up to date helps ensure the security and accessibility of your Zora account. You can change your email or password anytime from your account settings.

How to change your email address #

  1. Log in to your account at zorasocial.uk

  2. Click your profile picture and go to Settings

  3. Select Account

  4. Under the Email section, update your address

  5. Click Save Changes

Note: You may receive a confirmation email at your new address. Be sure to verify it to complete the change.

How to change your password #

  1. While logged in, go to Settings > Account

  2. Scroll to the Change Password section

  3. Enter your current password and then your new password

  4. Confirm the new password and click Save

Make sure your new password is secure — use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Forgot your current password? #

If you are unable to log in:

  1. Go to the login page

  2. Click ‘Forgot Password?’

  3. Enter your registered email address

  4. You will receive a password reset link

If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
