Who can post a job? #
Only verifiedΒ CommunitiesΒ can post job or opportunity listings. This ensures that all listings are trustworthy and aligned with Zoraβs community-first values.

What kinds of opportunities can be posted? #
You can post:

Paid jobs (full-time, part-time, temporary)

Volunteering roles

Internships or placements
-
Freelance or contract work

Skill-building or mentorship opportunities

Short-term projects with fair pay or benefit
All listings must beΒ genuine,Β inclusive, andΒ clearly described.
How to post a job advert #

Log inΒ to your Zora account

Navigate toΒ Your Community page

ClickΒ Post an Opportunity

Fill out the form with:

Job title
-
Description of the role
-
Location (remote, city-based, or hybrid)

Pay or benefits (if applicable)

Type of opportunity (job, volunteering, freelance, etc.)

Application instructions or a direct link

Deadline or closing date

Review your listing for clarity and accuracy

Your post will be reviewed briefly by the Zora team to ensure it meets our standards, and will usually go live withinΒ 24 hours.
Posting guidelines #
When writing your job post:

Be honest and specific about expectations

Avoid jargon that may exclude newcomers or those outside your sector

Include details about how applicants will be supported or treated fairly

Use respectful, inclusive language

Never request upfront payments or personal documents before interview stage
Misleading or exploitative job listings will be removed, and may lead to suspension of your Community page.
Editing or removing your job post #
To make changes to an active job listing:

Go to yourΒ Community page

Find the job listing under your posts

ClickΒ EditΒ orΒ Remove

Save changes β updates will reflect immediately
Job post duration #
Each job advert stays live forΒ 30 daysΒ by default. You can remove or update it at any time, or re-list if the opportunity remains open after that period.
