    Edinburgh Castle offers stunning views over the city and a fascinating glimpse into Scottish history. It’s a bit touristy but still amazing.

    Brighton is great for a seaside experience with the Royal Pavilion, pier, and unique shops in The Lanes. It’s often overlooked but shouldn’t be!

    Don’t forget to look beyond the obvious attractions. Some of my best memories are from random villages we stopped at.
