I disagree with some of the suggestions here. In my experience, blocking time in my calendar specifically for family activities is much more effective.
When I moved to hiring a personal trainer for a few sessions to get started, I found that the situation improved dramatically.
That’s something I’ve been thinking about too. Currently trying setting up a consistent sleep schedule with some success.
Is there a specific brand or provider you’d recommend?
Thanks for bringing this up. I’ve been wondering about practicing mindfulness meditation for just 10 minutes daily myself.
